This is a journey to experience Mexico in all its senses, immersing yourself deeply in a country full of culture, nature, history, archeology, gastronomy, and thrilling adventure. Explore from the most vibrant and modern cities in the country to magical towns, archaeological and colonial sites, and the breathtaking shores of the most beautiful beaches. You will travel from the modern beauty of Mexico City to the ancient ruins of the Mayan civilization.
Day 1
Welcome to Mexico City!
Arrive in vibrant Mexico City where you'll be kindly welcomed and transported to your luxury hotel in a private transfer.
Day 2
Historic Center, Paseo de la Reforma, and Bellas Artes
Prepare yourself to begin the adventure, but first, enjoy a delicious gastronomic experience for breakfast in your hotel!
Your itinerary encompasses a guided city tour along the central stretch of Paseo de la Reforma, which is not only one of the city's primary boulevards but also a significant symbol. Depending on the season, the stretch is surrounded with flowers and a variety of expositions. Along this path lies the Ángel de la Independencia, an icon of national pride that commemorates Mexico's independence from Spain. You will make an exclusive visit to the neoclassical Castillo de Chapultepec, constructed on a high hill in Chapuletepec’s park; with numerous rows of windows, a fascinating history, and an elegant vibe that contrasts itself with a spectacular modern cityscape.
Later on, you will be visiting Mexico's historic center, a vibrant mixture of culture and history. As you stroll through the charming streets, you'll encounter architectural marvels like the iconic Palacio Nacional and the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral. The heart of the ancient Aztec capital, the Templo Mayor Azteca, stands as a testament to Mexico City's rich past, and the bustling Zócalo, with its lively atmosphere. The historic center is not merely a place; it's a journey through time, where every cobblestone whispers stories of the city's resilience and evolution. You will have time to enjoy lunch at one of the many typical Mexican renowned restaurants, and finally, you will be wrapping up the day by enjoying a Mexican folkloric ballet at the Palacio de Bellas Artes.
After the show, you will be transported back to your hotel in a private transfer.
Day 3
Xochimilco and Coyoacán
Experience the mystical sunrise aboard a trajinera in Xochimilco's canals, letting the dawn's tender touch awaken your soul. Delight in a delicious lunch cultivated and prepared by local communities and learn about their traditions. You'll also have the option to visit an axolotl farm, dedicated to preserving these mystical amphibians, known for their remarkable ability to regenerate body parts, which unfortunately are near to extinction.
Later on you will make your way to Coyoacán, famous for its charming cobblestone streets, vibrant art galleries, colorful architecture, and bustling artisan markets. It provides a tranquil village-like atmosphere, making it easy to forget that you're in a metropolis of 22 million people. You will be visiting Coyoacán’s Market, full of narrow lanes filled with local merchandise and you'll be able to taste unusual and traditional Mexican treats. Afterwards, you will visit Frida Kahlo's Blue House, the birthplace and final resting place of the renowned Mexican artist, now transformed into a museum celebrating her life. Learn about her journey to becoming an iconic cultural figure in Mexico and beyond before returning to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day as you please.

Day 4
San Miguel de Allende
Embark on a delightful 4-hour journey from Mexico City to the picturesque town of San Miguel de Allende, where breathtaking landscapes unfold before your eyes. This charming Pueblo Mágico is renowned for its colonial architecture, romantic ambiance, historic buildings, luxurious boutiques, and an array of chic restaurants, cafés, and bars.
The town's walkable streets create an enchanting setting, immersing you in a cinematic experience. As night falls, you will go on a private tour discovering all the secrets and tales that are told in this magical town. Wander through its narrow alleys, small squares, and historic mansions, transporting yourself to another era.
Or if you really want to feel like cowboys in an old movie, then we will take you on a horse ride through San Miguel's oldest and most historical traditional cantinas. Move seamlessly from one cantina to another on horseback, hearing amusing anecdotes from bartenders and locals, and toasting to future adventures.
Day 5
San Miguel de Allende
Today you pick! San Miguel de Allende opens up a world of possibilities tailored to your preferences. Choose from a variety of exciting activities:

To close up this magical day, we recommend you stroll around the illuminated zocalo at night. If you want something fancier, there are many top restaurants and bars with magnificent views of the city.
Day 6
Back to Mexico City
After a delightful breakfast at your hotel, we'll get ready to return to Mexico City. Feel free to tailor the rest of the day as you please. We suggest spending the late afternoon strolling through the iconic streets of the trendy neighborhoods of La Roma and La Condesa, adorned with Art Deco architecture, delightful parks, stylish cafes, and a bohemian charm. Or if you wish to explore the most luxurious and modern areas of the city, you should visit Masaryk Street in Polanco, with a combination of refined colonial architecture and skyscrapers, you'll discover an array of high-end restaurants, bars and fashionable boutiques.
Day 7
Teotihuacán Hot Air Balloon Ride and Puebla
Early this morning, wake up for a private hot air balloon ride over the Valley of Teotihuacán, witnessing the stunning sunrise illuminating the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon as they pass beneath you. After your flight over this vast pre-Hispanic religious and ceremonial center, head to a unique breakfast experience within a cave-themed restaurant, where you will savor typical dishes combining the flavors of local cuisine with the culinary heritage of pre-Hispanic times. Then, you'll continue to explore Teotihuacán on foot with your bilingual guide, getting to know the rituals, cosmology, beliefs, and daily lives of its pre-Aztec inhabitants.
In the late afternoon we will continue our journey to Puebla. You will be accommodated at your luxury hotel and spend the rest of the day indulging in a private tour of the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cityscape is adorned with vibrant buildings, intricate facades, and charming cobblestone streets, creating a delightful ambiance. Don't miss the chance to savor the iconic mole poblano, as Puebla is its birthplace. Explore the exquisite Talavera pottery, renowned for intricate patterns and vibrant colors. In Cholula, admire the numerous churches and cathedrals showcasing stunning religious art, including the must-visit Puebla Cathedral with its ornate interiors and other gems like Santo Domingo.
Day 8
Oaxaca
Today, embark on a 4-hour journey from Puebla to Oaxaca. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this city with a guided tour showcasing the best of colonial architecture from the XVI and XVII centuries. Explore the rich history as you stroll through the vibrant streets, encountering the warm and welcoming locals. Delve into the culture and learn about the Zapotec heritage. Visit enchanting churches, historical sites, and witness the craftsmanship of dedicated artisans creating authentic pieces like black pottery and handmade rugs.
For dinner, enjoy a unique experience as you cook your own quesadillas alongside a local indigenous woman, who shares her culture through the preparation of traditional gastronomy. Spend these memorable hours embracing the magic and flavors of Oaxaca, creating lasting memories of your journey.
Day 9
Monte Albán, Arrazola, Convent, and San Bartolo Coyotepec
We will start our day by charging ourselves with energy in what was once the largest city of the Zapotecs, holders of dominant power in the region of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca: Monte Albán, strategically located on a mountain in the center of the Central Valleys, from where all its flanks can be observed. It will impress us with its Grand Plaza, the ball game, the dancers, the Tomb 7, and much more.
We will visit Arrazola, a community dedicated to the production of alebrijes carved in wood, which are finely decorated with vibrant colors. It could be said that alebrijes are representations of various demons; their bodies can have dragon heads, rooster legs, and fish tails. We will appreciate the imagination of each craftsman, who will gladly tell the story of each of their works.
We will continue our journey to Cuilapam de Guerrero, where we will visit the majestic Dominican convent complex from the 16th century, featuring the Open Chapel, the unfinished basilica-style church, and the ex-convent, considered an important point in history as General Vicente Guerrero was executed here. Finally, we will visit San Bartolo Coyotepec: the town where Barro Negro (black clay) originated. We will visit one of the most traditional houses in the production of Barro Negro, Dona Rosa's house. Here, we can learn about the artisanal process for making various figures of this pottery, and, of course, explore the workshops where everything takes place.
Day 10
Tule, Teotitlán, Mitla, Hierve el Agua, and a Mezcal Factory
Today we will take the tour to the legendary City of the Dead: Mitla, but not before visiting everything we have on this wonderful route. We will start at El Árbol del Tule, a legendary cypress with over 2000 years of history, adorned with various animal figures on its trunk. It will depend on each person's imagination to see anything from an elephant, crocodile, gorilla face to Shakira's hips.
We will continue to Teotitlán del Valle, internationally famous for the production of wool rugs. The artisans will demonstrate the process from obtaining wool to dyeing it with natural dyes such as cochineal, roots, and herbs. Continuing to the magical town of Mitla, formerly known as the "City of the Dead," built by the Mixtecs, where we will admire the syncretism of its buildings with walls adorned with stone fretwork. We will visit its church built on pyramids, like many other churches that the Spaniards built for evangelization.
We will explore the site of Hierve el Agua, where time has delicately crafted petrified waterfalls from calcium carbonate, creating an almost surreal landscape. We will take a walk to admire the landscapes it offers. Afterward, we'll return to the city of Oaxaca to visit a Mezcal factory, where we will learn about the manufacturing process of this elixir of the Gods, from agave cutting to distillation, culminating in a delightful tasting experience.
The remainder of the evening is yours to either rest at the hotel or explore the city for a delightful dinner.
Day 11
Mérida "The White City"
Are you ready to visit the “White City”? Let's fly to Mérida! Your accommodation will be in a beautiful hotel, from where you'll kick off your exploration with a city sightseeing tour. You will see the most significant landmarks of Merida, encompassing the historic center, notable theaters like the Peón Contreras, streets with both numerical and named designations, the iconic Paseo Montejo, museums like the Casa de Cantón, twin houses, Quinta Montes Molina, the minaret, and much more.
For a delightful evening, you might choose to take a leisurely stroll along the charming avenue of Paseo Montejo, where you can explore typical restaurants or indulge in Yucatecan street food at the zocalo. Don't miss the opportunity to savor a “marquesita” – a crispy crepe rolled up and traditionally filled with melted shredded cheese and a sweet filling of your choice. It's a delightful local Yucatecan treat that shouldn't be missed!
Day 12
Mucuyché and Cenotes
Embark on your journey to Mucuyché, where the rich history and cultural gems await. Begin with a guided tour of the Exconvento, unraveling the tales of its colonial architecture and deep cultural roots; dive into the captivating history of this former convent, witnessing its evolution over the years. Later, immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of one of the region's most enchanting cenotes. Feel the rejuvenating vibes, surrounded by the untouched beauty and serenity of the natural surroundings. As the day unfolds, indulge in a well-deserved lunch break at a local restaurant, savoring specialties such as cochinita pibil, panuchos, or salbutes.
Later in the afternoon we will continue to Uxmal, known as the "three times built," which is located in a hilly area called Puuc. It is the most important city in the region, a true gem with its style of smooth friezes and decorated roofs. Highlights include the Pyramid of the Magician, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, and the Governor's Palace. To conclude, we will return to the white city of Mérida.
Day 13 – 16
Road-trip to Riviera Maya
Let yourself be enchanted by powdery white sand beaches, breathtaking landscapes, and crystal-clear cenotes. Dive into underwater wonders as you snorkel alongside vibrant fish, turtles, majestic manta rays, and even whale sharks. Learn about the Mayan culture through visits to ancient ruins and archaeological sites, savor the delights of high-quality traditional cuisine, and relax in a bohemian and chic atmosphere in the most exclusive beach clubs. You will be able to decide where to stay among the luxurious and exciting resorts in Cancún, Tulum, and Playa del Cármen.

Day 17 – 19
Bacalar
This is the last stop of our journey: nestled in the Yucatán Peninsula, Bacalar enchants visitors with its surreal beauty, earning its name "The Lagoon of Seven Colors." The kaleidoscopic hues of the water, ranging from turquoise to deep blue, create a mesmerizing spectacle that captivates the soul. The town, with its laid-back charm, boasts a historical fort, San Felipe, adding a touch of antiquity to its natural splendor. As you stroll along the shores of the lagoon, you'll be embraced by a tranquil ambiance, perfect for relaxation. Bacalar is a haven for nature lovers, offering opportunities for boat trips, where you can explore the lagoon's cenotes and witness the vibrant aquatic life beneath. This hidden gem is the perfect place if you are seeking serenity and a profound connection with nature.
